Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects
• Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety
• Work independently when required while collaborating closely with team members
• Support high-quality installations across multiple project types

Competencies & Qualifications

• EL01 Journeyman Electrician License Washington & Idaho (Required)
• 8+ years of electrical experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Compensation

• $45.00 $53.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday Friday
• 810 hour shifts
• Consistent, predictable work schedule
