Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient vitals and telemetry data regularly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

• Contribute to team meetings and share insights for patient care improvement.

• Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and improve care quality.

• Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs efficiently.

• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of nursing practices and procedures.

• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proficient in monitoring telemetry data and assessing patient vitals regularly.

• Ability to administer medications and treatments as per physician prescriptions.
