Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient vitals and telemetry data regularly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

Contribute to team meetings and share insights for patient care improvement.

Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and improve care quality.

Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs efficiently.

Assist in the evaluation and improvement of nursing practices and procedures.

Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Experience/Qualifications

Proficient in monitoring telemetry data and assessing patient vitals regularly.
