Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for practice in Maryland
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year will be considered
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations a plus
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for evaluations, progress notes, and reports
- Engage families and educators to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
