Job Description
We are seeking a Working Construction Foreman to join our team! Our team works on single family residential renovations all throughout New Jersey.
I need ot build out a team of 8-10 workers and this job woul dbe to hire and manage that team.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage construction / renovation crew team</li>
<li>Perform physical aspects / jobs of the renovations with the crew</li>
<li>Train new crew members in construction skills</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years experience onsite construction experience preferred</li>
<li>2-3 years of foreman experience preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in construction management or other related fields</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
