Virtual Special Education teacher needed to finish out the year with a school in MN. Work from anywhere with an MN SPED LICENSE. This position is 20 hours per week and is a W-2 position at $50 per hour. You'll have time to shadow and train with the teacher going on leave. *Age group 11th-12th grade *Primarily working with math and social communications *Training mid April, the class will be your starting late April through June 5th, a summer break, and then a continuance Sept-mid October *Approximately 8-10 students Qualifications: *Previous experience working as a special education teacher with this age group *Experience working virtually highly preferred *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Strong organizational skills *Familiarity with the Zoom platform and Google Suite *MN License, special education endorsement for grade level, tier 2 or higher *Home office with computer that has video capabilities Ardor Schools & Kids is a full service pediatric and school-based placement firm focused on your career goals.
