Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a night shift Oncology Unit position at a hospital in Evansville, IN, requiring a minimum of 2 years of RN experience and an active IN or compact RN license.
Details
- Oncology unit in a hospital setting with 16 beds
- Patient population includes oncology, hematology, end-of-life/hospice, and med/surg overflow patients
- Night shift schedule: 18:45–07:15
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
- Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
- Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration
- Two professional references required
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Skills checklist required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include patient assessment and intervention, medication administration, EHR documentation, plan of care implementation and monitoring, and ADL support
- Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on distance from the facility
- COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
