Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing specialized speech therapy to young learners, this position involves working directly with elementary students to support their communication development throughout the school year. Located in Ione, CA, this contract role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an elementary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and assist with compliance and reporting requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location: Ione, California
Schedule: Full-time, 33 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Contract Duration: School Year (NSY)
