Job Description

Are you the person teachers talk about after a workshop because you actually gave them real, usable strategies?

Join a national team that helps K-12 teachers feel more confident, calm, and effective in their classrooms.

About Us

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness / Time To Teach is a mission-driven organization that equips K-12 educators with practical, research-based strategies that really work. We partner with schools and districts across the country to improve classroom management, student behavior, and instructional time.

When you join our network, you join a community of trainers and educators who care deeply about teachers and kids.

The Role

We are looking for experienced educators and trainers to deliver live, high-energy professional development workshops for K-12 schools and districts. This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling. You bring the expertise and presence. We provide the content, training, support, and national brand.

You will

Lead engaging, interactive workshops for K-12 teachers and school staff.
Model and teach proven classroom management and instructional strategies.
Adapt sessions to fit the needs and culture of each school or district.
Collaborate with a supportive national team of trainers and coaches.
Continue to grow through our own trainer development and learning opportunities.

Is This You

You have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
You have real K-12 classroom experience as a teacher, coach, trainer, or consultant.
You are a strong communicator who can connect with a room and keep adults engaged.
You care deeply about teacher effectiveness and student success.
You are self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working as an independent contractor.

What You’ll Gain

Flexible, project based work that can fit around your current role or become a larger part of your career path.
Nationally recognized, ready to use training materials and resources.
Ongoing support, coaching, and professional growth as part of our trainer team.
The chance to make a lasting impact on teachers, students, and school communities across the country.
