Job Title: Executive Administrative Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (both personal and professional).
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders; draft and send communications on behalf of executives.
- Document Preparation: Create, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Project Management: Assist with or lead special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Email Management: Prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Experience with calendar and travel management for senior executives.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with project coordination and reporting tools.
- Comfortable managing both personal and professional tasks for executives.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
