About the Role:

Romet Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Healthcare team in Brandon, FL. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Clinical Documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Provide and coordinate patient care, assessments, provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
- Perform the initial home care patient visit and re-evaluate the patient’s needs and progress on a regular basis.
- Perform onsite supervisory visits over LVNs, CNAs, and HHAs.
- Perform admission, transfer, re-certification, resumption of care, and discharge assessment for the home care patient.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, record symptoms and medical information.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient care plans.
- Notify the physician and other personnel (DON, PT, Case Manager) of change in the patient’s condition.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate patient medical records.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold a State Nursing License, be CPR Certified, and possess BLS Certification.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
