Job Position: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Robbinsdale, MN
Shift: Days, Evenings, and Nights (Varied)
Hours: 80 hours per two-week pay period
Weekend Requirements: Rotational weekends per department schedule
On-Call Requirements: None
Hourly Pay Range: $34.70 - $49.46 (union scale, based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to join a dynamic team in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging for a diverse patient population ranging from infants to geriatrics. The role includes working varied shifts across days, evenings, and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostic imaging exams as ordered by physicians or providers
- Conduct additional procedures such as EKGs and Dexa bone scans within licensure scope
- Recognize and respond to emergent clinical situations appropriately
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records
- Operate imaging equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently
- Conduct routine equipment checks and quality control testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate professionally with patients, providers, coworkers, and families
- Uphold compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Continuously improve and maintain technical proficiency per position requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure and credentials for Radiologic Technology
- Experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including some weekends
