Job Position: Radiologic Technologist

Location: Robbinsdale, MN

Shift: Days, Evenings, and Nights (Varied)

Hours: 80 hours per two-week pay period

Weekend Requirements: Rotational weekends per department schedule

On-Call Requirements: None

Hourly Pay Range: $34.70 - $49.46 (union scale, based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to join a dynamic team in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging for a diverse patient population ranging from infants to geriatrics. The role includes working varied shifts across days, evenings, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate diagnostic imaging exams as ordered by physicians or providers
  • Conduct additional procedures such as EKGs and Dexa bone scans within licensure scope
  • Recognize and respond to emergent clinical situations appropriately
  • Maintain detailed and confidential patient records
  • Operate imaging equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and quality control testing
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate professionally with patients, providers, coworkers, and families
  • Uphold compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
  • Continuously improve and maintain technical proficiency per position requirements

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure and credentials for Radiologic Technology
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including some weekends
