Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Tax Preparer to join our company. You will work with the owner to gather all necessary documents and complete income tax returns. Our ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Enrolled Agent with at least 8 years experience. &nbsp;There is a possibility to become a partner. Prefer Tax Preparer work in office.
&nbsp;
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organize tax documents, and prepare income tax returns
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Check documents for missing information and/or errors
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform other clerical duties as necessary
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform quarterly and year end payroll reports
&nbsp;
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valid Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Certified Public Accountant license (preferred) or Enrolled Agent (preferred)
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bookkeeping experience
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with Quickbooks software
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong computer and Excel&nbsp; skills
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Lacerte software
