???? Role Overview
As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the warehouse and materials flow for both our Residential New Construction and Commercial HVAC departments. This includes managing inventory, leading a warehouse team, ensuring timely equipment staging, and collaborating with vendors and department leads to keep projects moving efficiently.
????️ Key Responsibilities

Order equipment and supplies for RNC and Commercial departments

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely, high-quality task completion

Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs

Review schedules and confirm all required material lists are submitted

Report job material issues and shortages to Foremen

Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard

Notify managers of stock shortages

Conduct monthly inventory counts
-
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

Return and restock unused materials from field crews
-
Support department foremen with job completion needs
???? Qualifications
-
5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems

Able to lead a safe, efficient, team-first work environment

Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong collaboration across departments

Valid driver’s license required

CDL highly preferred

Salary Description:
$30-$36/Hourly DOE
