Compensation & Bonuses

Earn between $22.00 - $29.57 per hour! Plus, if you work night, weekend, or evening shifts, you may qualify for additional shift premiums.

Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $15K sign-on bonus for full-time hires! Relocation bonuses are also available for out-of-state applicants (details will be discussed during the interview process).

Your Role

As a Paramedic, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing each call situation to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols.
  • Utilizing advanced medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and their loved ones to provide reassurance and information.
  • Leading the Paramedic team and managing the scene and unit as needed.
  • Driving the ambulance during 911 responses.
  • Collaborating professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid State Driver’s License.
  • BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certification or the ability to become nationally registered within one year.
  • Driving record compliant with company policy.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test.
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
