The General Dentist position within our well-established private practice entails executing a comprehensive array of general dentistry tasks autonomously, while also having access to mentorship and support. Position: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Employment Type: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000-$350,000

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct all fundamental dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate on implant cases with the lead doctor.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, receiving support without micromanagement.

As a second-generation practice with over 40 years of community service and a solid growth record, we have recently transitioned to a modern, tech-savvy facility following a merger in 2023. Our practice features eight operatories and serves over 4,000 active patients, averaging more than 27 new patients each month, with projected collections exceeding $2M this year. We prioritize a well-structured environment where you will have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists.
