The Plant Manager is responsible for managing all plant operations at one assigned location. This role provides leadership and continual development within the operations structure, including production and financial controls, plant security and safety, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. The Plant Manager works cross-functionally to ensure consistency in operations and strategies, ensuring that large-scale projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet specified quality standards, production requirements, and goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage all plant operations for the assigned location.
- Provide leadership and development within the operations structure.
- Oversee production and financial controls, plant security and safety, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and manufacturing areas.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency in operations and strategies.
- Ensure large-scale projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified quality standards and production requirements.
Essential Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of production activities, efficiency levels, and productivity standards.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical experience and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to coordinate and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Well-developed analytical skills and knowledge of analysis techniques for decision-making.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum seven years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing and management preferred.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, machining, plant management, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operations management.
Work Environment
This role involves working in a mixture of a machine shop floor and office settings. The environment supports a vertically integrated, value-added manufacturing process aimed at reducing complexity, shortening product lifecycles, and scaling efficiently while delivering high-quality engineered metal components.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $142000.00 - $142000.00/yr.
