** THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION***
Our Processing Clerks are the backbone of the company, ensuring that all paperwork is handled in a professional manner. Processors routinely work with sensitive information that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols. Processors will work closely with all departments on a variety of daily tasks and one-time projects.
Compensation and Benefits:

Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30

$18/HR (Mon-Fri)

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Data entry with accuracy
-
Processing and track the flow of reports
-
Receive, collate and prepare paperwork for delivery to clients

Communicate with Field Technicians and Customers in a friendly professional manner

Work with Labs and Medical providers to obtain and document results
-
Audit, compile and correct errors in paperwork as necessary
-
Work with other departments to make sure all client needs are met

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/ GED required

Must be 18 years or older

Working knowledge of office equipment: Phones, printers, and fax

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Google Doc

Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
