Responsibilities

• Moderate online content, making sure it aligns with community guidelines and standards.
• Engage with users by addressing their comments and inquiries effectively in Dutch and English.

• Collaborate with the moderation team to develop and improve content policies.
• Participate in community initiatives aimed at enriching user interaction.
• Assess and analyze content moderation metrics for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; strong proficiency in English is also required.
• Experience in content moderation, online community management, or related fields is desirable.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online content management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and effective judgment skills when evaluating content.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
