- Background or experience in special education

- Ease with instructing elementary and middle school students (grades K–8)
- Comfort leading and managing small-group sessions
- Enthusiasm for fostering positive social and emotional growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted small-group social skills instruction for K–8 students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify student needs and track progress
- Create an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners
- Encourage positive interactions, communication, and teamwork among students
- Maintain clear records and reports of student participation and development
- Adapt activities and lessons to address individual learning profiles within groups
