Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan within an established Federally Qualified Health Center.
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, wellness visits, and patient education.
- Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families while practicing evidence-based medicine.
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving community health outcomes.
- Utilize an established electronic medical record while supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.
- Practice in one of New England's most desirable regions, combining meaningful medicine with exceptional quality of life.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary from $195,000-$225,000.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
- DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Passion for comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- Strong commitment to preventive medicine and continuity of care.
- Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
