Orientation Information:

• Orientation is held at the *** Office Park Building, located near Portland Medical Center, for all the locations above, including Seaside.
• Every other Monday unless specified otherwise
• 2025 Dates: 6/23, 7/07, 7/21, 8/04, 8/18, (Tuesday) 9/02, 9/15, 9/29, 10/13, 10/27, 11/10, 11/24, 12/08, 12/22

Locations: Your clinician's badge will work at, and they are eligible to float to, any of the locations below. Please add a note in your submission with all the locations they want to be in the per diem pool for so that they can have access to their shifts

**Clinicians must be willing to float to any location they elect to add. They will be assigned a location 2 hours before- during the confirmation window. Refusal to float will be considered a late-cancellation.

Requirements

• 1yr experience in specialty
• BLS & ACLS, (must be AHA), PALS, NIH
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. Must be from a supervisor. Charge RNs okay so long as they directly supervised
• EPIC experience required

Separation policy is 3 months (from staff to agency).
