Description:
Ground Ambassador for Kiosks
Hiring all-star Ground Ambassadors to spread the word about Uber & acquire new drivers and riders! Join the Uber team to help us recruit new riders & Uber partners at events and within local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff a booth that will have an Uber Kiosk at a large-scale venue.
- Assist riders if they are in need of support as they book a ride.
- Provide feedback on the booking experience based on their observations of riders booking rides with the Uber team.
- Lead set up of the Kiosk on a daily basis.
Required Skills:
- You're a self-starter.
- You don't need someone telling you what to do on a daily basis. You wake up and have a plan of attack.
- You have passion for Uber and growing the brand
- You are a people person, you love talking to people and getting them excited
- You are self driven, organized, and reliable
- Reliable, punctual and professional individuals
- You are comfortable with technology (smartphones, iPads, google docs, etc.)
- Sales experience or prior promo experience preferred, but not required
