Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for assembling fiber components, filtration products, and related sub-assemblies while ensuring adherence to quality standards and production specifications. The Assembler will work under the guidance of senior team members and supervisors to perform manual assembly, routine testing, equipment operation, and packaging of finished goods.
Qualifications:
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (especially in fiber, filtration, or medical device industries).
- Ability to follow written instructions, blueprints, and SOPs accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow guidance from senior assemblers and supervisors.
