The Role
We’re looking for a Bilingual Coordinator/Secretarial with at least 2 years of experience in a home care agency or healthcare office setting. This is an in-person role for someone who is proactive, solutions-driven, and ready to make a difference. You’ll play a key role in making sure patients receive uninterrupted care, caregivers are supported, and compliance requirements are met.
Using Axxess (our CRM and scheduling software), you’ll help coordinate schedules, ensure proper shift coverage, and support caregivers so clients receive the quality care they deserve. Knowledge of EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) and its regulations is essential.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact—answer phones, relay messages, and support client/caregiver needs with a positive attitude
- Assist candidates with in-person applications and onboarding
- Confirm client service times and keep caregiver availability updated in Axxess
- Schedule and adjust shifts to ensure full service coverage for clients
- Document visit notes and maintain accurate, compliant records
- Gather and share client feedback to strengthen caregiver performance
- Ensure compliance with EVV regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a home care or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with EVV systems and regulations
- Proficiency with Axxess (CRM & scheduling software)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and compassionate
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
