Job DescriptionRussell Tobin's top banking client is hiring an Account Setup Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN.
Job Title: Account/Product Support – Account Setup Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid (In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $17–$20 per hour on W2
Schedule: Standard business hours, no overtime required
Parking: Paid garage options nearby
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account/Product Support Coordinator to assist with account setup, product implementation, and card program support. This role involves direct client interaction as well as coordination with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Manage special handling and expedited requests for rewards/gift card orders
- Track order status, handle cancellations, and process replacements
- Send digital card invitations and assist with username resets
- Reset passwords for MYCA accounts and process card unload requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or conflicting product information
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient implementation of customer products/services
Qualifications:
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Previous customer or client-facing experience in a professional/corporate environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
