Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
- Develop and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for students’ progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning process
- Provide direct therapy individually and in small groups across grade levels
- Consult and train staff to enhance communication supports within the classroom
