Got your drilling license, industry experience/CDL? Even better-you'll be recognized and paid accordingly.

Duties

• Assist with setting up and operating well drilling and well servicing equipment.
• Work alongside experienced team members to support drilling and service operations.
• Help with the assembly, disassembly, and basic maintenance of rigs and related equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and help keep the job site safe for everyone.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues to the team.
• Support general site work such as excavation, site prep, and cleanup.
• Help transport materials and equipment as needed, including driving trucks if qualified.

Skills

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction on a job site.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather and potentially harsh conditions.
• Mechanically inclined or interested in working with equipment.
• Experience in plumbing or related trades is a plus.
• Committed to working safely and looking out for your team.
• Any experience in construction, drilling, or heavy equipment is helpful—but not required.
• CDL or tanker endorsement is a plus, not a requirement.
