Job DescriptionJob Overview: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
Responsibilities:
- Support initiatives across credit, debit, and prepaid card products.
- Work on tokenization and digital wallet integrations including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Support authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
- Assist with fraud monitoring, controls, chargebacks, and dispute management.
- Collaborate with card processors such as FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, and Marqeta.
- Act as a liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT planning, and defect triage.
- Engage with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Execute and support User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution.
- Support production releases, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze transaction data, metrics, and trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with data teams on dashboards, MIS reporting, and regulatory reporting.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
Functional Domain Skills:
- Strong experience in cards and payments domain.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards.
- Understanding of authorization and settlement flows.
- Knowledge of interchange fees and network rules.
- Familiarity with fraud and dispute lifecycle.
- Experience working with Visa and Mastercard rules and mandates.
Business Analysis Skills:
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Technical And Analytical Skills:
- Comfortable working with APIs, message flows, and data mappings.
- SQL or data analysis experience preferred.
- Understanding of digital payments and mobile wallets is a plus.
