Your Role as a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist

As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA, you will:

• Make a significant impact on your community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes efficiently.
• Pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance skills and foster a positive clinic culture.

What You’ll Need

• A degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A passion for learning, growth, and making a positive impact.
