Family Nurse Practitioner - Lancaster, PA (New graduates are welcome!)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner who can work in the Cardiology clinic.

Duties:

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.

· Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.

· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

· Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

· Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management strategies.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare facility.

Requirements:

· Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

· Valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of healthcare.
