What Youll Be Responsible For
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory, food safety, and guest experience
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and hourly employees
Drive operational excellence by ensuring brand standards, cleanliness, and service expectations are consistently met
Manage labor, food cost, and inventory controls to protect profitability
Analyze P&L performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Execute local marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales
Recruit, hire, and develop team members while building a strong internal leadership pipeline
Maintain a strong floor presence, supporting the team and ensuring outstanding guest experiences
What You Bring
2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
Proven success managing P&L performance, labor planning, and cost controls
Ability to stay organized and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
