JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Ambassador for Personal Injury Group
REPORTS TO: Executive Management
JOB SCOPE:
BrainStim Centers, the premiere TMS Brain Health Center of Los Angeles, owned and operated by neurosurgeon Dr. Mark Liker, is looking for a motivated professional to serve as Ambassador for the Personal Injury Group. This is initially a part-time role, with potential for tremendous growth along with full-time status. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing and relationship building with technical neurological assessment capabilities. The successful candidate will be trained and will serve as the primary liaison between BrainStim Centers and the personal injury legal community, educating law firms on our specialized brain health services while having the technical expertise to conduct EEGs and neurological assessments as needed. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, strong drive and sense of urgency, and attention to detail will be essential skills. We are looking for an initiator with excellent follow-through and a deep understanding of market dynamics and relationship management. This is a growth opportunity with great potential.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Marketing & Business Development):
- Attorney Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with personal injury law firms throughout the region
- Conduct regular visits to law offices to introduce BrainStim's services and capabilities
- Articulate medical procedures, protocols, and treatment options to legal professionals
- Explain the role of Brainstim Center’s services in personal injury cases
- Provide attorneys with comprehensive understanding of TMS therapy, EEG testing, and brain health diagnostics
- Deliver marketing materials and provide updates on services and case support tools
- Serve as primary point of contact for attorney referral coordination
- Track and report outreach activities and referral pipeline metrics
- Clinical Component
- Set up and conduct quantitative EEG (qEEG) studies for brain injury diagnostics
- Administer cognitive testing as needed
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of recordings; troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Work closely with clinical staff and physician
- Adhere to HIPAA and clinic protocols for patient privacy and safety
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse professional audiences
- Comfort with medical, neurological, and psychiatric terminology
- Internally motivated, and collaborative in nature
- Ability to establish rapport with attorneys and legal professionals
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects and relationships

SUPERVISORY ABILITIES:
- No direct reports
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience in business development, or professional relationship management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client concerns swiftly
- Experience working with attorneys or in legal environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in B2B relationship building and lead generation
Preferred:
- Legal education or paralegal certification
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, device, or medical services
- Knowledge of personal injury law and case processes
- Spanish language skills are desirable
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and moving between locations
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Extensive travel required for attorney visits and relationship management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate attorney schedules
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $20-$30 hourly. Part-time salaried position to start with potential for full-time growth based on performance
