Job description:
Well established 30+ year old company looking for Construction Superintendents. Great pay and work environment for the right candidate.
Outdoor Construction Experience required.
Experience using heavy equipment and working with footers is a plus. Looking for a hard worker with a strong attention to detail, great attitude, ability to read plans and good communication skills. Must be independent enough to become able to plan the job and execute to that plan without constant supervision. Must work to all applicable safety requirements and submit daily paperwork. Strong ability to communicate with Customer Project Managers, Inspectors, etc.
Must have:
- Reliable truck, van or large SUV
- Smart phone
- Be able to lift heavy equipment
- Basic tools
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Be able to pass a background check
- Legally authorized to work in US
