We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and providing strategic insights to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets for various departments, ensuring alignment with cost trends and projected revenues.

• Analyze key financial performance indicators and prepare comprehensive reports to guide senior management in decision-making.

• Oversee the adoption and optimization of financial software tools to streamline accounting and reporting processes.

• Utilize data analytics tools to enhance financial forecasting and support operational improvements.

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory compliance.

• Assess operational costs, capital expenditures, and revenue streams to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Monitor billing, collections, and claims processes to improve revenue flow and address inefficiencies.

• Collaborate with billing teams to enhance cash flow management and minimize delays.

• Provide financial guidance to executive leadership during strategic planning and decision-making sessions.

• Evaluate financial implications of potential partnerships, expansions, and acquisitions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.
• Strong expertise in budget creation and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of annual budget processes and financial planning.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with financial software tools and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
