  • Schedule: M-F, 8-5 Central Standard Time– Fully Remoteor flexible onsite if in the Omaha, NE area

Job Description: We're on the hunt for a strategic Product Manager to drive high-impact data and analytics initiatives within the financial services sector. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technology and AI to solve complex financial challenges. We need a confident leader who can bridge the gap between vision and execution, working seamlessly across internal departments to deliver sophisticated, data-driven solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Roadmapping: Partner with data leadership to define and own the product roadmap, ensuring all Data & Analytics initiatives align with company priorities and growth objectives.
  • Insight-Driven Product Development: Guide the creation of data products—ranging from dashboards to predictive modeling—that transform raw data into actionable insights for advisors.
  • Stakeholder & Advisor Advocacy: Serve as the bridge between internal business leaders and external advisors, balancing diverse needs to maximize product adoption and impact.
  • Requirement Translation: Translate complex strategic questions from business leaders into clear product requirements that drive measurable behavioral changes and business outcomes.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with technology and analytics teams to optimize how data is sourced, structured, and delivered for maximum business value.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with other product leaders to develop cohesive, multi-workstream solutions and embed data-driven decision-making into daily workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience & Industry Knowledge: 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within the wealth management or financial services sector.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Deep expertise in data visualization (Power BI) and analytics tools, with a solid grasp of advanced analytics and data structuring.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to translate complex business questions into clear, actionable product requirements that drive measurable results.
  • Data Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with a mastery of visual data storytelling—transforming complex datasets into engaging narratives for executive-level decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success partnering with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes in a collaborative environment.
