Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and forecasts that align with company goals.

• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.

• Support strategic decision-making processes through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.

• Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all analyses and reporting.

• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business initiatives.

• Lead or participate in special financial projects to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Excellent understanding of financial principles, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
