- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,810 – $1,940\n
\n\nJob Requirements – Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)\n
- \n
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting\n
- Active Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification (ASCP, AMT, or state equivalent preferred)\n
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend (night shift lab tech and hospital schedule experience preferred)\n
- Completion of required onboarding health screenings and documentation: 2 Step PPD or IGRA, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, physical/health statement, drug screen, and color vision test\n
- Successful completion of background check and competency testing as required by the hospital\n
\n\nResponsibilities – Clinical Laboratory & Hospital Lab Technician\n

- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to support patient care in a hospital clinical laboratory\n
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment according to established protocols\n
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of laboratory results to clinicians and the electronic medical record\n
- Adhere to safety, quality control, and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, OSHA, and hospital policies)\n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality laboratory services\n
- Maintain detailed, organized records of laboratory activities, quality control logs, and documentation for audits\n
