Location: 100% Remote Work from home no commute, no office
Schedule: Evenings & Weekends (detailed rotation below)

Base Pay: $36,000 / year + Full Benefits (see below)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $129,000 + Uncapped Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close high-ticket investment programs via phone/Zoom
  • Handle pre-set appointments
  • Take live-transfer calls (5-minute response time)
  • Maintain performance metrics (DPP $2,571, Avg Ticket $6,597)
  • Real-time CRM documentation (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Follow ethical closing frameworks
  • Participate in training and KPI reviews



REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years recent B2C high-ticket phone/Zoom sales
  • Currently in phone-exclusive sales role
  • Proven success with $3K+ programs
  • 3 jobs in past 5 years (2 preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong follow-up capabilities
  • Self-driven and coachable
  • Ethical approach

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.



Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
