Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of project development, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects, analyzing project requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide insights on project performance and cost management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the process piping industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
