Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of project development, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects, analyzing project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on project performance and cost management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the process piping industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You should be proficient in:
- Budgeting / Forecasting Experience
