FedEx Delivery Driver

JBL Logistics Inc. | Independent FedEx Ground Contractor

Earn $22–$26 per hour delivering packages as an employee of JBL Logistics Inc., an independent FedEx Ground contractor serving Lafayette, Westminster, and Boulder. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available; no prior delivery experience or commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required. Full-time drivers work one of three five-day schedules based on staffing needs, while part-time and seasonal schedules vary according to business needs.

Responsibilities

· Load packages and complete an assigned local route.

· Report to the FedEx Ground terminal at 12405 W. 112th Ave., Westminster, around 7:30 a.m.; most routes finish between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.

· Safely handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds with the assistance of a provided dolly.

Qualifications

· Be at least 21 with a clean driving record and no DUI or reckless-driving convictions.

· Complete job-related pre-employment screening, including a background check, DOT physical, and drug test, in accordance with applicable requirements.

· Be available for weekend shifts, including Sundays.

Eligible employees may enroll in health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days of employment. Paid time off may be available to eligible employees after six months of employment.

Schedule

Full-time drivers are assigned one of three five-day schedules—Thursday–Monday, Saturday–Wednesday, or Friday–Tuesday—based on staffing needs. Part-time and seasonal schedules vary according to business needs. Additional days will be required during peak season.
