Pay: $18.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Assemble basic electro-mechanical components by following drawings and work instructions
- Perform cable take-out work and connector plugging using color-coded guides
- Solder and assemble cable hardware to exact specifications
- Mix epoxies accurately by volume or weight
- Use hand tools to complete small-scale assembly tasks efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout the build process
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of related assembly and/or soldering experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Comfortable with hand tools and detailed, repetitive assembly tasks
- Solid soldering skills and strong quality focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, reach, stand, and sit for extended periods
