• Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the best solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and meet performance goals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their concerns.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
• Monitor and document customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company standards.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Proficiency in order entry and familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and software applications.
