Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current Washington (WA) SLP licensure, OR willingness to obtain WA licensure
  • Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI, or willingness to complete prior to start
  • Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Washington ESA certificate
  • Experience working in school settings and across grade levels preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide interventions for speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, collaborating closely with staff and families
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary educational teams
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and re-evaluation meetings as required

This onsite position offers stability with a predictable Monday—Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week), allowing you to focus on providing consistent, high-quality support for students during the school year from September 1, 2026, to June 23, 2027.
