Join an established outpatient eye care practice with a steady patient base and strong operational support. This is a full-time opportunity designed for optometrists who value continuity of care, a predictable schedule, and long-term stability.
Practice Overview
- You’ll join a patient-focused outpatient eye care practice serving all ages
- Broad scope of care including routine exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, and vision correction
- Supportive clinical team and streamlined workflows that allow you to focus on patient care
- No inpatient responsibilities and no emergency coverage
Schedule
- Four-day workweek with predictable clinic hours
- No call and no weekend requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary range of 147,000–167,000 based on experience
- Up to 10,000 annual retention bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
- Comfortable providing comprehensive eye care across a broad patient population
