Compensation & Benefits:


  • Total Compensation Package: $75,000 $150,000+ (Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses)

Responsibilities

  • Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to follow up on leads and generate new business.
  • Develop quotes, present insurance solutions, and close sales.
  • Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage.
  • Educate clients on how our insurance products protect their assets and loved ones.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term relationships.


Requirements

  • Licensed P&C professionals preferred, but we will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong integrity and a solid work ethic must provide references.
  • Proven sales success (1+ years in commission-based sales or a related field).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
