Job DescriptionInside Sales/Marketing
Location: Fullerton, CA
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Position Summary

The Inside Sales position will serve as a contact for our customers as well as working with our full Team. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, assisting in preparing quotes, calling customers to filter new leads, managing social media and updating the CRM system. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of technical products, a proactive communication style, and the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable sales opportunities. Most importantly, this person needs to be self-directed to complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Finding potential customers and determining if they are a good fit for the company's products or services. This involves researching leads, making cold calls, and sending emails.
• Assist outside Team and sales reps with product documentation, technical information, and proposal packages.
• Maintain CRM data for customer interactions, quote tracking, and sales forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Follow up on leads from shows, samples, and quote statuses to maximize conversion rates.
• Work with Customer Service on various actions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Manage social media to promote Printec as well as develop marketing campaigns.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support—preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Core, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite).
• Ability to manage social media.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred:
• Experience in the HMI industry is a strong plus.

  • Experience in working in or developing an inside sales department.

• Ability to manage Company website.
