Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Century Martial Arts is a global brand that develops and manufactures martial arts training equipment, with a legacy of innovation spanning 50 years. Our HQ in Oklahoma City is home to a full creative and product development team that brings our products — and our brand — to life.
As one of the largest martial arts equipment brands in the world, we design everything from performance gear to lifestyle apparel while collaborating with professional athletes, global brands, and major retailers. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who’s ready to dive in. You’ll be involved in concepting product graphics, building marketing campaigns, shaping photoshoots, and developing brand storytelling across print and digital media. It’s the kind of role that sets you up to grow fast, creatively, and professionally.
Essential Functions:
- Asset Production: Create and adapt digital and print assets based on existing templates and brand guidelines.
- Design Support: Assist with executing design projects under the supervision of senior team members.
- Pre-Press & File Management: Prepare files for production and ensure accuracy across formats.
- Feedback Integration: Absorb constructive feedback to refine skills, iterate quickly, and deliver work that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and cross-functional reviews.
- Research: Take initiative to research design trends and competitor materials to inspire new ideas.
Competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities):
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with digital asset creation for web, email, and social media
- Understanding of file preparation for both digital and print production
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Awareness of current design trends and best practices across platforms
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Receptive to feedback and eager to grow professionally
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Work environment:Typical office conditions – no exposure to adverse environmental conditions or loud noises
Physical Demands:

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or closely related field.
- Internship or up to 1 year of professional design experience (including student work or freelance projects).
