We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local medical clinics, Hospitals, Rehab and Assisted Living Centers in Stamford, Greenwich CT areas.

<li>Must have their own car to visit clinics, health centers, nursing homes, etc.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Make regular sales visits to clients and referral sources</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and convert them into clients</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets</li>
<li>Candidate will have to speak to hospitals, nursing homes, etc face to face on a daily basis.</li>
