Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract-based role offers an engaging schedule from August 4, 2026, through May 27, 2027, providing services across multiple school sites in a vibrant educational environment. This position focuses on in-person occupational therapy, allowing you to directly support students’ developmental and learning needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist license meeting state requirements
- Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy, including supporting students from PreK to middle school
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices in assessments, IEP development, and therapy implementation in educational settings
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and other support specialists
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Comfortable providing therapy in-person (teletherapy services not currently accepted)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and consultations tailored to a diverse caseload ranging from early childhood to eighth grade
- Contribute as a valued member of multidisciplinary IEP teams, sharing expertise and developing comprehensive student plans
- Document student progress, session notes, and evaluation results in alignment with district expectations and timelines
- Adapt and modify classroom environments or routines to maximize each student’s participation and independence
- Engage with families and school staff to promote carryover of therapy strategies into daily activities and learning
