This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is located in Washington Navy Yard, DC, and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity at one school campus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires expertise in pediatrics and school-based speech-language pathology, with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments.
- Strong knowledge of school-based speech-language therapy practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
